Integrative psychotherapy in Bedford

Welcome. I am Anna.

I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist offering services for adults, children, adolescents, and parents.

With me you can expect to be met with compassion and humour to put you at ease.

From there, I bring curiosity, wisdom, and relevant interventions as we team up on your therapeutic journey.

My hope is to convey a sense of how I practice, so you can decide whether I am a good fit for who you are and what you need.

How I work

I place importance on building a steady, respectful connection where a young person or adult can feel safe enough to be real.

As an integrative therapist, I adapt my approach to the person in front of me. With children and adolescents, this often includes creativity, play, and gentle exploration, alongside support to make sense of life at home, work, school and within relationships.

I see you as a unique individual influenced by your background. And I recognise that you are a whole person, with your mind, body, and spirit all connected.

I work at your pace, holding hope even when things feel difficult. If you are wondering whether I might be a good fit, you are welcome to get in touch.

Place for Exploration

Understanding patterns and inner responses

Our biology and experiences shape our inner worlds. When patterns remain hidden, they can quietly influence how we respond to life.

Psychotherapy offers a space to gently uncover and reflect on what lies beneath.

Relational Experience

Therapy as a human relationship

Feeling valued and understood within a therapeutic relationship can become a powerful foundation for change.

A steady relationship can also offer space to notice patterns, explore what feels difficult, and develop new ways of relating — to yourself and to others.

Place for Creativity

Working beyond words

Sometimes words are not enough. Where helpful, therapy can include creative or experiential ways of exploring inner experiences.

Creativity can support reflection, insight, and new perspectives, allowing different parts of experience to be expressed and understood.
